On my way back to the Strip from the Motor Speedway by chopper I had the pilot hover near the MGM City Center construction site so Luxe Life could record the up-to-date progress of the giant 64-acre, $7 billion, 10,600-room, four-hotel condo-complex.

MGM officials yesterday reported to stockholders that the construction is on budget and on schedule for its planned November 2009 opening!
