The big question surrounding actress Tori Spelling’s appearance at the Vegas Pussycat Dolls burlesque show tonight is if she will strip down to her skivvies when she plays MC at PURE nightclub in Caesars Palace. Everybody from Pamela Anderson to Nicollette Sheridan have peeled off to their garter belts, seamed stockings and high-heeled boots when they’ve joined in as guest stars - but Jessica Simpson’s manager, dad Joe forbad her to show the skin! Blonde beauty Tori, who stars in her own reality show “Tori & Dean: Inn Love” is the daughter of late TV mogul Aaron Spelling, who became one of the wealthiest Hollywood moguls of all time as a result of his hit shows such as “Charlie’s Angels” and “Love Boat”.
“He’d be spinning in his grave if he knew his beloved daughter was doing a Vegas nightclub striptease,” one old Hollywood pal told me. Tori became bitterly estranged from her mother, Candy, after his death and they fought publicly over his multi-million dollar will and estate. At one point their split was so ferocious, Tori claimed she had to sell her belongings with a garage-sale to help pay her bills. Subsequently, mom and daughter have reunited, although still strained and the financial drama has been quieted.
