TONI BRAXTON’S MEDICAL EMERGENCY KEEPS HER OUT UNTIL MAY
Executives at the Flamingo tonight (FRI) confirmed Toni Braxton will take a longer leave of absence due to her current medical emergency.
All shows are cancelled next week (April 14-April 19), and through a previously scheduled two-week break; she hopes to return early May.
Following an emergency race to the St. Rose Dominican Hospital on Monday that Luxe Life reported earlier this week, Toni will undergo additional medical testing. As previously reported, Toni had been treated for a heart condition. Following the birth of her second child Braxton was treated for a reoccurring weakening of the lining of her heart.
“Our thoughts continue to be with Toni,” said Flamingo Vegas president Don Marrandino, “We look forward to having her back with her friends and family at the Flamingo as soon as possible.”
Tickets to the cancelled shows are fully refundable. Ticket holders and guests may contact the Flamingo box office at 702) 733-3333 for assistance.
