PAULY SHORE DOES DOOR DUTY & DAVID SPADE GETS HIS FEET KISSED
Comedian Pauly Shore added “celebrity doorman” to his resume after a stint at the new Prive nightclub in the Planet Hollywood resort casino. He let the bevy of beautiful blondes and brunettes right through his velvet rope, but gave a hard time to groups of guys. It was all in good fun though as he shot them down with witty comedic one-liner zings and arrows! He even called HBO TV’s Oz tough guy Chuck Zito in to help him with the door duties.
Pauly did let fellow comic David Spade right in. Earlier, David had dinner in the resort’s new Strip House restaurant where one gorgeous woman dropped to her knees in admiration of him and actually kissed his feet!
“That’s a first,” said David.
When everybody finally got past the Stage One ropes they discovered hip-hop icon Ice-T and his shapely platinum blonde wife, Coco inside, and the couple jumped in the DJ booth for an impromptu performance of his song “I’m Your Pusher” and followed that with Lil Wayne’s “Popping Pills”.
Fellow hip-hop stars Ja Rule, Lordz of Brooklyn and House of Pain were all in the VIP section along with New York Yankee slugger Jason Giambi and Dancing with the Stars beauty Stacy Keibler.
Spade loved his fun there because it became part of his next night’s comedy routine in the hotel, which kicked off their new weekend headliner booking policy. David also returned for a second consecutive night to Prive and partied there with hip-hop artist Nas, boxer Zab Judah, Mario Lopez and his Dancing with the Stars gal-pal Katrina Smirnoff.
Actress/supermodel Estella Warren hosted for the night and welcomed de-throned and recently released from jail Miss Nevada beauty queen Katie Reese—also in the VIP section.
