PARTYING THE NIGHT AWAY CELEBRITY STYLE
Hip-hop rapper extraordinaire Eve is still partying in town. Luxe Life has already reported the singing clothing designer at Tao in The Venetian and Blush in the Wynn. Now she’s made a third night of it with vodka cocktails and champagne at the new Bank nightclub in the Bellagio.
She danced in the VIP booths to her own hits played by the DJ. Spy-witnesses don’t know if her dress is from her own clothing line, Fetish, but they said it matched the etched glass railings of the nightclub perfectly. Two tables down, former undisputed light middleweight champ, boxer Winky Wright held court, ordering bottles of vodka for his entourage. And The Bank was where we also found rappers Nelly and Ja Rule the next night alongside America’s Next Top model winner, Jaslene Gonzalez, NY Yankees slugger Jason Giambi and boxer Tarick Salmaci.
Over at sister nightspot Jet in The Mirage, former Laguna Beach star Stephen Colletti showed exactly why he’s TV’s most eligible bachelor. The co-host of MTV’s TRL show literally fought off a slew of sexy sophisticated ladies who patiently waited one by one as her danced with each of them. Stephen, who was celebrating his 22nd birthday, has been romantically linked previously with Hayden Panettiere and Lauren Conrad. The only time he took a break from the female fans was when the Jean-Philippe Patisserie presented him with a cake. He managed to stay dancing on his feet until 3 a.m.
Punk-rock tattooed drummer Travis Barker threw a MAGIC after-party at Jet to celebrate his Famous Stars and Straps clothing line. Grammy-award winning rap group Three 6 Mafia performed a four-song set for Travis, and when they discovered fellow rapper Lil’ John was in the house they invited him on stage to join in for an added 30-minute impromptu performance!
A slew of celebs wandered in as the night progressed: Young Jeezy, Joel Madden, Juliette Lewis, chrome-mouthed Paul Wall, fighters Rampage Jackson, Michael Bisping and Frank Trigg, and poker prince Dave Williams.
Earlier both Lil Jon and Juliette enjoyed dinner with friends from the Vegas based rock band, The Killers and My Name is Earl star Ethan Suplee, sharing black code miso lettuce cups, sea bass and a hot rocks dish.
Another slew of stars kept the action popping at Pure nightclub in Caesars Palace.
E! personality Debbie Matenopoulos hosted one star-studded party with Criss Angel, Wilmer Valderrama, Stacy Keibler, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and former NFL wide receiver Jerry Rice. Then next night, football stars Antonio Peirce (NY Giants Super Bowl winners) Larry Johnson (Kansas City Chiefs), Shaun Phillips (San Diego Chargers), Maurice Jones-Drew (Jacksonville Jaguars), T.J. Houshmandzadeh (Cincinnati Bengals) as well as Mike Tyson, Georges St. Pierre, Eric Dickerson, Miami Ink star Chris Nunez, celebrity chef Bobby Flay and former model actress K.D. Aubert all showed up.
Down at LAX in the Luxor, designer Trace Ayala celebrated the fall 2008 collection of Justin Timberlake’s clothing line, William Rast.
Reality TV stars Brody Jenner, Lauren Conrad joined members of the incomparable Harlem Globetrotters for the party, which also attracted rappers Naughty by Nature, Three 6 Mafia, and I Love New York star Buddha!
Cameras flashed in overdrive on film star Vince Vaughan, actress-dancer Stacey Kiebler, New York Yankee Jason Giambi and hip-hop star Ja Rule all relaxing in luxury on the main VIP stage. Giuliana Rancic of E! News and her Apprentice husband, Bill hosted the night. Earlier in the evening, Giuliana and Bill took over the intriguing Newspaper Room at hip sushi spot, Social House in Treasure Island where Hooters comic Bobby Slayton treated his wife to dinner, too.
