PARIS PARTIES ALL WEEK LONG IN VEGAS—SIX PARTY NIGHTS IN THE LIFE OF THE BLONDE BEAUTY
For six consecutive incredible nights Paris Hilton has celebrated her 27th birthday and miraculously partied non-stop—right up until her return today back home to Hollywood.
It’s an incredible nightlife schedule, and even I marvel—despite the long nights and early mornings—at how she always looks the prettiest and always has a smile, a kiss, and a kind word for family, friends and fans alike. She doesn’t moan about the incessant flash-photo frenzy that goes nonstop. There’s never a harsh word to 5,000 crushing fans trying to paw at her. She never nixes a request from a nosy reporter’s tape-recorder.
Whenever I see her she always stops to see if I need anything or a new question answered. I’ve known her since she was a teenage schoolgirl in New York when parents Kathy and Rick Hilton often brought her and sister Nicky along for dinner at our favorite Le Cirque restaurant in Manhattan. Paris hasn’t changed. She didn’t become a tyrant or a wasted talent. She’s remained loyal and friendly. Behind the party image is the precise planning of an entrepreneur successfully running a conglomerate of business enterprises from fashions, shoes to perfumes and counting coin from records, movies and commercial endorsements. The empire builder in fact never even pulls a diva moment—even though it is her clock, watch and time and definitely not GMT!
So if the party says 9 p.m. and she shows up at 10 p.m., nobody worries because that’s when the fun really starts. To celebrate her 27th birthday the energizer bunny just kept on going…and going and Luxe Life kept track of her every step of the way.
The moment she landed in Vegas last Tuesday Paris sped off to see her favorite hair-colorist, Michael Boychuck, and he and his staff from his salons at AMP in the Palms and Color in Caesars Palace kept her looking beautiful, shining and radiant every step of the way for her six-day nightlife adventure. He was right at her side on the VIP stage at PURE for her final birthday bash of the visit.
Night 1: It began with dinner at the new Company American Bistro in the Luxor where she was staying in a newly decorated super-suite. Her sister Nicky is an investor in the hip hot restaurant. Paris said hi to Chris Nunez and famed artist Peter Lik who were also dining there. Then she took the Vegas nightlife scene by storm, joining actress friend Kristin Cavallari who was hosting the Stash clothing fashion showcase at the Pure nightclub in Caesars Palace.
The posh pals even sashayed down the runway to kick off the fashion show. The dynamic duo took turns visiting with DJ AM in his booth. Paris actually called it an early night at 2 a.m. while Kristin went on later into the pre-dawn hours.
Night 2: Paris returned for a second consecutive night to Company American Bistro before celebrating the release of her 2008 fall fashion collection. She hosted the night at the new LAX nightspot at the Luxor and won wild applause from club-revelers as she danced and sang on the mic from the DJ-booth.
Before calling it a night Paris hit the secret Noir Bar with TV star friends, Brody Jenner and Lauren Conrad, sports stars Larry Johnson, Vernon Davis, Eric Dickerson, Celeb Rehab rocker Shifty Shellshock and Justin Timberlake’s partner in their William Rast denim line, designer Trace Ayala. Internet reports have Paris allegedly slipping into a black disguise wig and joining the celebrity crowd at the rival Jet nightclub in The Mirage where she supposedly had a pre-Valentine kiss with tattooed rocker Travis Barker—but Luxe Life has no confirmation from Light Group officials that it ever happened!
Night 3: The sexy socialite was quite happy to be solo and single for Valentine’s Day and she joined sister Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend, David Katzenberg for her third consecutive night at the Company American Bistro.
They chose the butter lettuce salad, organic king salmon, crispy sea bass and marinated hamachi. Then it was back to the LAX nightclub for Nicky’s celebration of her new Nicholai and Chick fashion collections. Joining in their party on the VIP stage was fellow designer Christian Audigier, who was entertaining rapper L’il John, former Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson and musician Dallas Austin for his Ed Hardy fashion party. One fan in awe of Paris and knowing it was her birthday week bought four-white gold-plated three-liter super-magnums of the ’95 Dom Perignon champagne.
“Charge the $120,000,” he ordered, turning over his credit card, and then sent them to Paris with the gorgeous cocktail servers all carrying sparklers! The ardent well-heeled admirer did get to toast with Paris as they clinked their glasses for a souvenir photo!
Night 4: Paris turned Cupid for her post Valentine’s bash, “One Day Late” back again at LAX in the Luxor, and the blonde beauty kept the party rocking through the early morning hours. She got on the mic to sing two songs and gave shout-outs as each one of her celebrity friends arrived. Paris was joined by a bevy of beautiful friends including reality star and model Brittney Gastineau. Once again sister Nicky and beau David Katzenberg were in the group and joined by Good Charlotte rockers Benji and Joel Madden.
Before Paris called it a night she’d also played hostess to Mindfreak magician Criss Angel, Dancing with the Stars’ beauty Stacy Keibler, rocker Toryn Green from Fuel, women’s wrestling champ Torri Wilson, actor Ian Ziering and Shifty Shellshock, who entertained with some impromptu songs.
Night 5: The biggest party night of the weeklong celebration was when Paris became a PussyCat Doll—and Luxe Life has that full report above. But at the party in Pure that followed she was presented with a custom-made specially designed birthday cake carried in by the Vegas Pussycat Dolls.
The entire club crowd sang her “Happy Birthday” as she blew out the candles. I’d joined a group including Jaslene Gonzales from America’s Next Top Model, Chicago Bears star Ricky Manning Jr., hair-king Michael Boychuck, and Food network stars Bobby Flay and Guy Feiri for the birthday night.
That party continued on back at her suite with yet another after-party. It lasted until 12-noon yesterday!!!!! Celebrity impresario Jeff Beacher had some of the cast of his Beacher’s Madhouse surprise Paris with Wee Matt dressed as a Chippendale’s dancer jumping out of a large cake that was wheeled in! Look-alikes Pee Wee Herman, Michael Jackson, Herman Munster, a stilt-walker and a wheelchair bound Santa Claus all shimmied up to Paris in her Luxor suite that had been festooned with balloons.
Night 6: Sunday night at the movies and her Vegas friends met up at the Brenden Theaters in the Palms for a screening of her new romantic comedy, The Hottie and the Nottie, organized by Jeff Beacher. On hand with Paris, Nicky and boyfriend David were Palms tycoon George Maloof, Planet Hollywood president Mike Mecca, Luxor president Felix Rappaport, stylist Michael Boychuck, Pure nightlife entrepreneur Stevie Davidovitch and Brenden movie theaters owner, Johnny Brenden. After the film Paris, in a baby blue dress with ruffles and sequins, decided on dinner at N9NE steakhouse where she and Nicky selected the Golden Osetra caviar and filet mignons. They drank Strawberry Absinthe shots to toast “Happy Birthday” yet again and Paris then stuck to Sprite and Orange Juice. Amusing moment of the meal was when Paris picked up a gossip magazine and read the “Britney in Brawl” headline story to the table! Hotel owner Maloof sent out a dessert platter for the table with one of everything on the menu to cap off the meal!
Day 7: Late this morning Paris, Nicky and David said “goodbye for now.” They limo’d to the private air terminal at McCarran for their 50-minute private jet-flight home to Los Angeles. Everybody marveled at her stamina with one of her hosts telling me, “You don’t want to say goodbye to them because they are always so sweet and fun. She is the party queen and she’s the best at it. Totally incredibly the fan following she has by the thousands. Paris always makes sure everybody has a good time, but you gotta get some sleep, some rest and get back into shape for their next invasion!”
