Blonde beauty Paris Hilton, celebrated her 27th birthday,\ and wowed a crowd of nearly 5,000 fans waiting at the Pure nightclub at Caesars Palace with her two “burlesque” striptease performances that began after midnight and ended at 1:15 a.m. this morning (SUN).

She told Luxe Life: “This was all about being confident, being sexy and showing it and being a real girl. This was the best birthday I’ve ever celebrated.”
