PAMELA PLANS TO STAY ON THE STRIP WITH NEW SHOW

Sexy bombshell Pamela Anderson is conjuring up a new show spectacular so she can stay on the Strip. She just loves Vegas and being a showgirl!

The busty blonde, who won Assistant of the Year at Sunday’s World Magic Awards, has been headlining with Dutch illusionist Hans Klok in his “The Beauty of Magic” show at Planet Hollywood’s Theater for the Performing Arts for almost six months. Their contracts end December 6 when BASE Entertainment switches over early next year to a single rock group and solo singer format.

“Pamela is determined to stay on in Vegas,” I was told. “She’ll either continue on with Hans at another location which they would both love – or she’ll go it alone.”

I can exclusively confirm that Pamela has begun plotting her own production with famed photographer David LaChapelle who directs the Elton John Red Piano show at Caesars Palace - which already features a hot-sexy video segment he shot of her. Pamela has also had at least two sets of “very productive and interesting” talks with two VIP hotel-owners about her “dream” to headline on the Strip. Even though I know the details, I’ve been asked not to identify them. Last week I reported that when Pamela and new husband, Rick Salomon attended Sir Richard Branson’s launch party for his new Virgin America airline at the TRYST nightclub in the WYNN, I was asked to convey Pamela’s direct message, “tell everybody – categorically - I am not pregnant.” That story, denying a day-old In-Touch magazine internet-article about her alleged pregnancy, has subsequently gone around the world.

But “mystery” about their love-match still encircles the 40-year-old actress and her new 39-year-old poker-playing hubby. He became an overnight household name when he appeared on a sex-tape with Paris Hilton which has gone on to earn him million$. Even friends are wondering if their high-speed marriage will last conventionally more than a few months. They turned up happily with their four kids - two each from previous marriages - at Disneyland in Anaheim on the weekend for a fun family day, but another story simultaneously flashed around the world that indicated they’d had their first public spat while in Vegas when he played poker and she partied.

Unfortunately it was the first time they’d been photographed together since their wedding!

“Pamela rows with hubby over poker” was the headline on a story about their first alleged falling-out. Jackpot-UK reported that the buxom Baywatch actress was not pleased she was left alone while he played for so long.

The gaming website stated: “Pam was not impressed with him playing for a good hour. He played so long that she wound up dragging him away from the table. They had a few choice words before storming off together unhappily - with Pamela, arms flailing around, continuing the argument.”

Pamela says not to believe any press stories of her personal life until she talks about it herself. I watched Rick play that poker tournament and will say he made every effort to end the game quickly to return to Pamela, who was in a VIP dance-floor table with four male friends. Each time he’d throw all his chips in to get blown out, but instead the strategy made him a big winner so he had to keep going. He played that way for four rounds until Pamela showed up and, fortunately, then he lost the lot!

Doubters – even within their circle - still claim they rushed the marriage after a whirlwind six-week dating spree because Pamela was pregnant and that his former gal-pal, beauty queen turned actress, Keri Lynn Pratt wouldn’t accept the fact he was dating the blonde sex-icon seriously. Even their friends wonder if they both knew what they were doing in marrying so quickly. Insiders also tell me that Rick, who wore a controversial T-shirt reading, “Addicted to Everything” when he turned up at Branson’s Virgin party, is making a documentary film about drugs, drinking and the effect of a seven-day crystal meth binge. That project is making some of their friends “very uncomfortable,” I was told.

Now Luxe Life has learned that Pamela might set the entire record straight within the next 24 hours. OK Magazine has shelled out a mini-fortune – some whisper as much as $500,000 - to the couple to land the exclusive on their wedding-day photos at the Mirage two-weekends ago. They will be seen for the first time tomorrow when OK hits the stands. The nuptials’ coverage includes a full chat with Pamela about the love-match and their decision to marry so quickly.
