O.J. SIMPSON’S BAIL REVOKED
BREAKING NEWS:
Luxe Life is investigating reports that fallen Hall of Fame football star, O.J. Simpson is en route to Las Vegas from his Miami home as his bail has been revoked—and its expected he will be jailed here tonight (FRI).
He was apparently ordered to return to Vegas early this morning—and he is believed to currently be on a flight to Los Angeles where he will connect to a McCarren flight. Its expected he will be escorted by his bail bondsman, his lawyer and police officials from the airport to police headquarters downtown. It is not yet known if he will appear before a judge tomorrow (SAT) or sometime on Monday morning for a new bail hearing.
Mystery surrounds the reasons behind the revoking of Simpson’s bail—but the sudden rush to get him back to Vegas “makes it a very serious matter” I was told. Apparently Simpson will be held in jail until a hearing is held on Wednesday. District Attorney David Rogers himself filed the motion to have the bail revoked with Judge Jackie Glass who is hearing the overall case. Insiders claim that Simpson violated one of the terms of his original $125,000 bail bond.
There were three conditions when he was released from custody following his most recent visit to Vegas: That he have no contact with any seven of the people involved in the case, he surrender his passport, and not attempt to leave the country. It’s believed that the alleged bail violation stems from a phone message that Simpson left for somebody.
Miguel Pereira, the bail bondsman of the downtown Vegas firm, You Ring We Spring Bail Bonds, flew to Miami overnight and took Simpson into custody as per court rules.
Luxe Life has learned that all the major cable news outlets and network news operations are moving reporters and satellite trucks to Vegas, there are already a reported 45 reporters at the McCarren Airport awaiting Simpson’s 5:55 p.m. arrival on an American Airline flight. They will remain here until Wednesday’s court hearing.
