8am- Mon: O.J. Simpson’s lawyer has won a bail hearing to be held in the next 120 -minutes. We should learn by 10am if the current “no bail” ruling last night (SUN) will be changed or fixed to a new and high amount of money. No word yet as to how or where he would find the substantial seven- figure sum expected. Simpson’s plea will be held in court before 10am although its expected only his lawyer will appear while the fallen NFL player will “appear” via video tape hook-up- presumably from a holding area in the Detention Center.
