NIGHTLIFE GURU’S INSIDE INFORMATION ON BRITNEY AND O.J.
Two shocking surprises about recent Vegas visitors, Britney Spears and O.J. Simpson have just been brought to light by my friend, respected nightlife guru Jack Colton. He’s revealed that he was in the troubled pop-princess’s hotel suite with a group of her hangers-on at 5:30 a.m. on the very morning of her lackluster Video Music Awards performance.
Jack says that she remained up and awake until 10 a.m. when she was given Xanax pills. The timeline makes that exactly eight hours before “curtain up,” and doesn’t include the additional prescription pills she allegedly took at 4 p.m. when she erupted in to a frenzied rage about her hair and her costume.
Xanax carries a warning: “This medication can cause side effects that may impair your thinking or reactions. Be careful if you do anything that requires you to be awake and alert.” Well - that surely explains that dance routine.
Jack also tells of a friend of his being held in the same Clark County Detention Center holding cell when O.J. Simpson was marched in a few days ago.
Jack says, “My friend told me Simpson was unusually calm, wasn’t at all nervous and went on to laugh and chat with the others inside.” Then he adds that O.J. began shamelessly promoting the new book, “If I Did it” which was released by the Goldman family, still seeking court-ordered compensation on a $33-million civil claim for the loss of their son when OJ allegedly killed him and his ex-wife, Nicole Brown.
Says Jack: “O.J. even told a man who had just been arrested, ‘The book is about how I killed my wife.’ Yes, those were the exact words overheard. When those around him asked why the hell he would write a book about murdering his wife after all that he had already been through, O.J. boastfully educated them on the legalities of Double Jeopardy! The lively discussion apparently caused so much commotion in the holding cell that the correctional facility staff moved him out of the room!”
The gall of this angry disgraced NFL player, who led the bungled commando-styled armed robbery at the Palace Station, boggles the mind!
In an absolute bizarre change of events in the OJ Simpson alleged armed robbery one of his victims in the Palace Station hotel room, Alfred Beardsley has been picked up by US Marshals. The Fugitive Apprehension Teasm co-ordinatred his arrest for violating terms and conditions of his parole by leaving the state of California.
While O.J.Simpson was returning to his Florida home, officials from the California Dept of Corrections, the US Marshals Services regional fugitive task force and the US Marshals office for the Diustriuct of Nevada all co-ordinated efforts to successfully apprehend Beardsley here in Clark County. He will now be transferred to California to face new charges.
Meantime one of the two remaining mystery suspects turned himself in and was booked in connection with the alleged armed robbery and turned over evidence seized fvrom the hotel room robbery. Charles Cashmore, surrendered himself to METRO detectives this morning. At the time of the surrender he provided evidence which includes items believed to have been taken during the robbery.
Cashmore was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on the following charges: Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, two counts, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, two counts, Burglary with a Deadly Weapon, one count and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, one count.
One suspect is still outstanding and METRO is asking for the public’s help in identifying him and providing information as to where his whereabouts.
