MÖTLEY CRÜE’S MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR WORLD TOUR AND RECORD DEAL BECOMES REALITY

Finally three months after all the denials of my exclusive story that Mötley Crüe would record and tour the world again in a mega-deal with the Live Nation promoters it’s all come true and Nikki Sixx who screamed loudest of all about my story is now the first to be talking non-stop about it. The good news for us is that included in the first 60-tour dates revealed is a Vegas stop at Mandalay Bay on August 1.

Drummer Tommy Lee said: “It will be the loudest show on earth. We’re now deciding whether the next dates will be Europe or South America.” Bass guitarist Nikki even confirmed our other earlier exclusive story that the Crue Fest tour will start July 1 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Fellow rockers Buckcherry, Papa Roach, Trapt and Nikki’s own side group Sixx AM will open for the guys at venues from Tampa, Buffalo, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Detroit, Chicago, St. Louis to Houston, Dallas, Denver, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles,Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto until the first North American leg ends in Pittsburgh on August 31.

“We are so excited not only to headline our own annual summer festival, but also to be able to share the stage with the next generation of great rock bands,” said Nikki. “There’s not a lot Mötley Crüe hasn’t done, so to say this summer’s festival is going to be about rock and roll excess is an understatement. A night of hit songs by great bands and a trail of panties coast to coast.”

During an “official “ Hollywood press conference, the Crüe also confirmed my story of the entire group’s first new studio album in ten years! Saints of Los Angeles—themed after their best selling book “The Dirt”—will be released on June 17. In addition to “Kickstart My Heart,” the band performed the new album’s title track live at the event. The song is already available on iTunes and as a download for the “Rock Band” video game.

Luxe Life will continue to be the first with news of the next set of world-tour dates—even if Nikki keeps saying its just not true!
