MORE BREAKING NEWS ON BRITNEY

Has Britney Spears been evicted from the WYNN resort? Reliable sources tell Luxe Life that hotel owner Steve Wynn allegedly ordered hotel president Andrew Pascal to request Britney leave the hotel this afternoon—just hours after she checked in.

Rumors flying around the casino there allege that her bodyguard was supposedly involved in a second fight—and this one involved a hotel guest.

I was told unofficially that “Britney is no longer at the WYNN.”

A spokesperson for the hotel commented: “We will neither confirm or deny any reports involving Britney Spears.”

Britney Spears was ordered this afternoon to return immediately to Los Angeles from Las Vegas with her two children, 10-month-old Jayden James and Sean Preston who will be 2 years old in September. LUXE LIFE was told that her Vegas visit broke the custody agreement that she has with their father, former husband Kevin Federline.

Britney who lunched today at the Wynn’s plush Country Club restaurant overlooking the waterfall of the 18th golf course hole, apparently should have received written permission from K-Fed to take the children out of state.

Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is attempting to have Britney return to Los Angeles on a private plane this evening with the children.

THIS IS THE STORY AS IT CAME ACROSS THE WIRE SERVICES:

Pop Princess Britney Spears fired her latest assistant Wednesday afternoon and then took a private plane to Las Vegas with her two sons without ex husband Kevin Federline’s permission.

Under California law, neither parent is allowed to take a child out of state without a written permission from the other or a court order.

Spears, who was also accompanied by her brother Bryan, called in to her hotel to have her room made childproof for the visit. She was later seen dinning at the Country Club at the Wynn Las Vegas

Continue checking with LUXE LIFE for ongoing developments in this extraordinary story. We are still checking as to Britney’s whereabouts after she was asked to leave the WYNN resort following at least one incident involving her bodyguard.
