MISCHA BARTON’S HOLLYWOOD ARREST JUMP STARTS ALL-STAR PARTYING AT NEW CATHOUSE OPENING
Just 72-hours before 21-year old former OC actress Mischa Barton was to open the new 19th century bordello-themed Cathouse restaurant and loungerie at the Luxor, she was busted by Hollywood cops and placed overnight behind bars on DUI and drug related charges. Call it the Doghouse experience instead of the Cathouse action! She immediately cancelled out her Vegas appearance—joining a host of other starlets before her who have dropped out of Strip nightclub engagements after being arrested!
But that didn’t stop the other stars from the party hearty mission with Oscar winner Adrien Brody and girlfriend Elsa Pataki dancing and canoodling in their booth all night. Even hotel mogul Steve Wynn stopped by for the first-night dinner! Jack Osbourne was overheard joking around asking which girl he should take home, while David Spade laughed about Mischa Barton not being able to show-up! It turns out that there was an iron-clad clause in their high-priced $500,000 contract with rival nearby LAX nightclub that forbad the sexy sisters to go to any other club not operated by Pure Management Group while in Vegas! Ah, those nightclub wars they keep denying!!! So instead of eating at Kerry’s new restaurant, the heiresses stuck with the Company restaurant for the third consecutive night, where Nicky is an investor partner!
