Pop-superstar Mariah Carey surprised Vegas nightlife fans last evening by flying in unexpectedly just to attend Privé nightclub’s “Money For Nothing” party at Planet Hollywood Resort.

Actor and MTV comedy star Nick Cannon was set to deejay and to celebrate Mariah’s friend Da Brat’s birthday. The threesome arrived at the hot spot at 12:30 a.m. this morning (TUES) with an entourage of nine people.

Nick went straight to the turntables to begin his spin set while Mariah was escorted by club security staff to a VIP table alongside his DJ booth. The queen-diva of discs kept on her diamond-encrusted glasses all night. My spywitnesses reported: “She was in a great mood while sipping Pinot Grigio white Italian wine with her friends. Nick’s powerhouse play list set the tone for another all star evening at the hot spot.”

I’m reliably told that Mariah danced on the banquettes and started drinking glasses of Dom Perignon Rose. At 2 a.m. Will.i.am and apl.de.ap from the Black Eyed Peas also arrived to join Mariah’s table and they partied on until 4 a.m. before calling it a night.

At 3:15 a.m. Lindsay Lohan’s mom, Dina Lohan stopped by Privé with her brother and cousin and took a table in the Living Room ultra lounge at Privé. They ordered Ketel One Vodka and stayed just before the lights were turned on shortly before 5 a.m. this morning.
