It’s now just about 60 hours to go before all 51 Miss USA contestants move on stage at Planet Hollywood Resort’s Theater for the Performing Arts for their 2008 pageant. It will broadcast live at 6 p.m. on NBC for the three hour time difference back East and the two-hour special will be tape delayed for 9 p.m. here. If you miss it you can watch the entire telecast via the Miss USA Web site as of 11 p.m. West Coast time. Luxe Life will have photos of the new winner and the crowning ceremony early on Saturday with a full photo report and interviews to follow on Monday.

Meantime this year’s reigning queen, the effervescent, enthusiastic and efficient Rachel Smith who is destined for TV stardom in her own right, emceed a slot tournament at host resort casino Planet Hollywood for its regular players. Tomorrow (THURS) Luxe Life will have our final romp with the pageant princesses as we go bowling with them up at Red Rock Resort.
