JAVON UPDATE: MYSTERY OF BEING FOUND INJURED AND UNCONSCIOUS

Shortly after Luxe Life filed the story about Javon Walker’s weekend battle of the bubbly our local FOX 5 TV affiliate reported that 48 hours afterwards the NFL player was found unconscious 100 yards east of the Strip behind the Bally’s and Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall intersection. Metro police said the Oakland Raiders’ star was taken to Sunrise Medical Center’s Trauma unit yesterday (MON) morning, with an orbital fracture. Late yesterday afternoon he was listed in fair condition, but neither hospital officials or police officers could say how the sports star received the fracture.

Apparently Walker was robbed of a large amount of cash and jewelry after he left the Body English nightclub in the Hard Rock at 3:30 a.m. (Sunday night-Monday morning) where he also sprayed the crowd with yet another 15 bottles of Dom Pérignon Rosé. He had been en route from the Hard Rock back towards the Strip location and was found unconscious in an apartment complex entrance driveway around 6:30 a.m. Monday morning.

Police, who have confirmed that his eye socket was fractured during the robbery, are now focusing on what he did in the missing three hours after leaving the Hard Rock.
