For the first time two Vegas celebrity starchefs will do battle on the Food Network’s top-rated Iron Chef America show and it takes place this Sunday at 9 p.m.

“Multo” Mario Batali, who has two restaurants at The Venetian and another at The Palazzo will fire up his grill against Paul Bartolotto from the Ristorante de Mare at the Wynn.

No advance word yet on what the “mystery ingredient” will be in a bid to stump the celebrity chefs.
