It’s getting down to the wire out at the Green Valley Ranch resort and casino as we are now just 13-days away from the final episode. The winner lands a key-role at the new Italian restaurant opening there this month under the guidance of Chef Massimo, who has been lured away from the super Paul Bartolotto restaurant at the Wynn.

Star-chef Gordon Ramsey, hailed both as kitchen villain and culinary genius, and hosts the hot FOX-TV show, got a visit from the first and second season winners—and you all know that chef Heather West, who won last year, has almost wrapped up her debut 12-months at Terra Rosa restaurant in the sister Red Rock resort, and has decided to stay on in Vegas and work with the Station Casino resort group’s executive chef to learn the next part of her career.

Tune in to watch who wins. It sure gets mighty hot and heated in those kitchens—and I’m not talking about just the cooking at the stove!
