FOOD, FOOD AND MORE GLORIOUS FOOD AT THE EPICUREAN AFFAIR
For the third consecutive year the Flamingo plays host to the 18th annual Epicurean Affair and a host of hot-top-name chefs will be on hand for tonight’s (THURS) unique culinary adventure.
This year, in addition to the culinary journey around the 15-acre pool oasis of lush tropical plantings an edgier nightlife concept has been added. Nightclub powerhouses Tao, Body English and the CatHouse will be represented with aerialists, acrobats, go-go dancers and our Strips top DJ’s, star chefs from Guy Savoy, Bradley Ogden and Payard Patisserie at Caesars Palace will join with Fleur de Lys, Red Square and Border Grill from Mandalay Bay along with Sea Blue, Diego’s and Fiamma from MGM.
That’s just for starters because also serving up taste treats will be at least another 50 chefs and restaurateurs including Andre Rochat’s Alize, Charlie Palmer’s Aureole, Kerry Simon’s Cathouse, Joes Stone Crab, Louis’s Fish Camp, Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill, and the prized Rao’s home-style family Italian cooking from New York at Caesars Palace. It’s a feast for the senses and judging by the last five I have been to, it’s an Epicurean Affair not to be missed.
