“Where else can you drink a Guinness on a red carpet?” asked Entourage star Kevin Dillon as he hosted the grand opening of the new McFadden’s Irish pub restaurant saloon at the Rio resort casino. He had gorgeous America’s Next Top Model contestants Mercedes Yvette and April Wilkner alongside.

As Kevin walked into the new 7,000 square foot saloon to setup shop on the 100 foot-long mahogany bar, the DJ played the Entourage theme. Dillon shouted “Victory,” as his character Johnny Drama does on the fictional “Viking Quest” show within the show! Also attending the red carpet gala opening were magicians Penn & Teller who appear at the Rio, Nathan Burton who appears in Comedy Magic at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile, the sexy X girls from the Flamingo’s X-Burlesque show and Murray Sawchuck, star of VH1’s new reality series Celebracadabra.

Kevin’s “ceremony” capped a three-day non-stop opening which featured a calendar girl competition, and he wound-up picking the winner and giving her $1,000!
