DID PRISCILLA AND JULIANNE MAKE THE CUT? WHO STAYS AND WHO GOES ON DANCING WITH THE STARS?
Priscilla Presley narrowly scraped by last night (TUES) on Dancing with the Stars and lives to dance another week.
She’s dangerously low though on the scoring and next week will be a real test to see if she goes any further forward. However, our Vegas Academy pro-dance instructor Julianne Hough and her 43-year-old comedian partner, Adam Carolla were kicked off the top-rated ABC-TV show!
Even though he strangely added a unicycle to their Paso Doble routine the judge’s and viewers weren’t impressed. “You are a loveable character. We want you to do well but unfortunately you’re not much of a dancer,” said chief judge, Len Goodman.
Adam responded, “I had the time of my life. I lost 25 pounds of fat and I gained 105 pounds of angel! I recommend this experience to anyone who’s scared of everything. Embrace it—don’t run from it.”
Meantime two-time TV champion, Julianne who studied here for two years at the Vegas Academy now launches her country-western singing career with a bang! On May 20 her debut album That Song in My Head is released and on May 25 she will sing the national anthem at this year’s Indy 500 race. Her tour, opening for Brad Paisley, hits Phoenix on June 12 and the next night in San Diego for those of us in Vegas who want to see her at the nearest venue. No date has yet been set for a Vegas hometown stop! Julianne talks about her Dancing with the Stars experiences on the Reality Chat talk show on the TV Guide cable channel today and tomorrow.
