Luxe Life is probing reports that early yesterday morning (SUN) reality TV star, Nicole Richie was allegedly involved in an incident with another woman at the valet parking area of the Hard Rock Hotel and was escorted off-property by security.

She and Good Charlotte rocker boyfriend Joel Madden had been partying with the band following their late night poolside concert at the hotel. They had been dancing in the new Cary Hart’s rock lounge Wasted Space.

The couple are staying at a Sky Villa in George Maloof’s Palm’s Fantasy Tower with their new baby, Harlow, on their holiday-weekend visit.

Luxe Life is trying to ascertain if Joel’s brother Benji and his girlfriend, socialite-actress Paris Hilton were partying with them at the time.
