Capt. James Dillon of Metro Police said: “The charges against Simpson will include robbery with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery and burglary with a firearm, all felonies, and additional charges could be brought against him.

It is expected that O.J.Simpson will be taken to Police HQ’s by 3pm for the official “booking” with required finger-printing and mug-shot photo.

Due to a “flight risk status” he is expected to remain in jail overnight and appear in court Monday morning for arraignment and a bail hearing.

Simpson who attended a wedding last night (SAT) at the Palms was expecting his lawyer to arrive from Florida later this afternoon (SUN). Guests at the Palms resort were unaware of the police drama as he was taken out of the Palms hotel through a “secret” stars-doorway at the resorts Pearl theater and into an awaiting police cruiser.
