Expect a celebrity crush tonight when fashion-designer socialite Nicky Hilton joins her partners, Nick Lachey and Wilmer Valderrama to open their first restaurant venture: Company American Bistro alongside the hot LAX nightclub in the Luxor resort.

They will arrive on the eatery’s red carpet at 9 p.m. with a huddle of Hollywood pals in tow.

Wilmer, aged 27, is flying in from having just spent Thanksgiving with our troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan. This is his second restaurant investment venture having partnered with friends Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson in the Dolce Group hotspots in Los Angeles. Wilmer, who starred for eight years on That 70’s Show, will also be celebrating this weekend with word that his fourth season of Yo Mamma on MTV is about to get underway in the New Year.

Nick, with girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo, flies in from New York where he helped crooner Tony Bennett light the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree earlier this week.

Nicky, who has been here most of the week prepping for the star-studded soiree, says that big-sister Paris has also promised to show up after having flown back from a trip to Japan and Shanghai, China. All of the young celebrity set will party afterwards at the new LAX nightclub.

Among the first “locals” checking out the advance taste-testings this week were Madhouse entertainer Jeff Beacher and Palms owner George Maloof. Jeff gave a two thumbs up verdict on the matzo ball soup and big eye tuna, while at a nearby table George enjoyed the baby lettuce salad and rib eye steak.
